Greetings in the name of our blessed savior, Jesus The Christ! It is a joy to officially announce, on behalf of the Session of the Armenian Presbyterian Church, our plans for its 125th Anniversary Celebration on November 19, 2023. We will begin with a special worship of thanksgiving at 11:00am at the church followed by a banquet, hosted at Seasons at 12:30pm. All are welcome!
 
The theme for our celebration is “125 Years Of Choosing The Lord.” The theme verse is found in Joshua 24:15 wherein it states:

“…choose this day whom you will serve…But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

Indeed, as a church and a people, we have continued to clearly make our choice. Our celebration is centered on thanking the Lord for the countless blessings He has bestowed on us through the years.
 
On this occasion, we will also be preparing a booklet and accepting gifts of thanksgiving to be directed to either Christian Education programs (all ages), Missions (here and abroad) or for other general purposes, based on the wishes of the giver. We ask that you prayerfully consider your level of giving based on your individual circumstances, noting both that the Lord loves a cheerful giver and that there is amazing power in the “widow’s mite.” In addition, if you are interested in a special sponsorship opportunity, please contact the church office to be placed in touch with the Booklet Committee.
 
The date to RSVP for both the banquet and booklet donations is November 1, 2023. We sincerely hope you will be able to attend and participate in this milestone celebration. God has been good to His Armenian Presbyterian Church. Let us celebrate His goodness and providence, dedicating ourselves again to serving Him! May God continue to bless you and His church!
