Join us! This group has been at our church for the past 8 years.

OUR PURPOSE:

The hospitality committee meets 3 times a year to plan, organize, host and serve for the following 3 annual events at APC. The events are Palm Sunday Dinner, APC Annual Picnic in September and Thanksgiving Dinner.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

During our 3 annual events that we host members work together to complete the following task. Meeting to plan the event, shopping for the event, preparing the food, cooking, serving, setup and clean up.

The hospitality committee is one way to serve the Church as well as serving the congregation. The members enjoy their fellowship while performing different tasks in the kitchen and social hall. While we invite those with culinary skills, all are welcomed as there are many tasks for people with all skill levels.

WHAT’S NEXT:

We would like to see participation of all ages to help in every aspect of the event.
